The ERA-Net NEURON has created a data bank comprising information about projects funded by the NEURON partners within their national funding programmes in the area of neuroscience, neurology, and psychiatry. If you wish to search for individual research projects please type a search term into one or more text fields. Combined search (e.g. "parkinson" in "All fields" and "genetic" in "Title") is possible. You may search for a "Title" or a "Principal Investigator" (PI) of a project. It is possible to search for the PI's "Institution", his or her home "Country" or "City". Some projects use "Key words", but keep in mind that not all projects do this. If a project is part of a consortium it is possible to search for all partners of one "Consortium". You may find interesting projects by searching in the "Summary" of the projects. Some projects use an "Infrastucture" such as a DNA bank. If you are interested in all projects funded by a specific "Funding organisation" you may type the funding organisation in the respective text field. Since not all projects use key words or provide a project summary it may be more comprehensive to search in "All fields" or combine your search with other fields, e.g. the "Title".
The "Project Search" data bank currently contains 2191 projects with a total funding volume of about 0 €.Since some funding organisations do not state the funding amount of single projects, the total funding volume is actually much higher.

Query language

The search engine can process queries, which consist of logical terms and the keywords AND, OR and NOT. A grouping of terms in round brackets is possible.

Examples:

Funding Research finds documents, which contain the words 'funding' or 'research'.

Funding OR Research like above.

Funding AND Research finds documents, which contain the word 'funding' as well as the word 'research'.

Funding NOT Research finds documents, which contain the word 'funding' but do not contain the word 'research'.

(Funding NOT Research) AND Education finds documents, which contain the term 'education' and the word 'funding' but not the word 'research'.

web* finds all documents, which contain words starting with 'web'.
